(If someone is pestilent they can be anything from annoying to deadly. Can be morally, physically, socially or politically harmful or pernicious. It can refer to anything that is particularly disruptive to society)

¢ Agents talk about a murder, murder portrayed during flashbacks.
¢ scenes in a normal room, murder can be filmed in a small outside hut.
¢ Murder would take place at night.
The ‘people’ discussing the villain and his previous crimes (voice over the villain walking)

- - ‘we need to catch him before he kills again’
- - ‘he’s a danger to society’
- - ‘most wanted in England’

Credits
- Credits would be used with an effect of card with letters cut out and a torch shone through to give a stencil effect.
- -credits used by files, which would be slapped down on a desk.
